I fully and completely love and accept myself as I am

I am strong and capable

I am the master of emotions

How I feel matters

I allow myself to be in healthy relationships

I choose to forgive and let go of anger and heavy feelings

I choose to forgive and let go of my fear

As I move through these feelings , I understand myself more and more

I am worthy of feeling good
